Practitioner & Doctor Notification Policy

Side Tracked, founded by Tiffeny Parker, provides leadership coaching, integrative wellness education, and functional medicine–inspired tools. Please note: I am not a doctor, and Side Tracked does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
 

By participating in any sessions, programs, or services, you acknowledge the following:

• It is your responsibility to share any laboratory results, assessments, or health-related information with your personal physician or licensed healthcare provider for official medical interpretation.

• Any insights you receive from Side Tracked (including lab-based interpretations, nutrition, supplement, or lifestyle suggestions) are intended solely as educational tools for personal growth and wellness.

• Your personal physician may use the same laboratory results to diagnose or treat disease. That is outside the scope of Side Tracked’s services.

• While information shared through Side Tracked’s programs, website, or materials is believed to be accurate, such accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Side Tracked, its founder, and affiliates are not the originators of the underlying lab data and are not responsible for errors in third-party reporting.​
   

By engaging with Side Tracked, you release Tiffeny Parker, Side Tracked, and its affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising out of the use of, or reliance on, any laboratory results, dietary guidance, supplement suggestions, or lifestyle recommendations provided.
 

Before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplementation, or medications, you agree to consult with your physician or other licensed healthcare provider.

Side Tracked does not diagnose, treat, or cure illness or disease. Out-of-range lab values will always be noted directly on the official lab result forms from certified laboratories. These results are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.​​

Conditional Guarantees & Program Results

1. Side Tracked may offer program-specific guarantees (e.g., gut/detox activation). All guarantees are contingent upon adherence to protocols, active participation, check-ins, and accurate reporting.

2. If conditions are met but expected results do not occur, additional support may be provided as described in each program, at Side Tracked’s discretion.

3. Results are individualized and not guaranteed, and outcomes depend on participant effort, compliance, and circumstances.

Conditional Additional: 

We are committed to supporting your health journey and ensuring you experience measurable activation of gut health and detox pathways within the first 21 days of the program. To qualify for this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

1. Program Adherence

   • You must follow the gut detox protocol exactly as prescribed, including dietary guidelines, lifestyle practices, and any recommended supplements.

   • The 21-day detox is designed to unlock nutrient absorption and prepare your body for root-cause supplementation. Skipping or altering steps may impact results.

2. Active Participation & Check-Ins

   • Weekly check-ins and completion of the program tracker are required for all Side Tracked programs and monthly health membership clients.

   • These check-ins allow us to monitor progress, adjust your program, and optimize results.

3. Good Faith Effort

   • This guarantee is valid only if you engage in the program in good faith, follow instructions, and provide accurate reporting.

4. Support Continuation

   • If the above conditions are met and you do not notice activation of your gut and detox pathways within 21 days, we will continue to provide an additional 60 days of support at no extra cost, until the expected activation occurs.

Why This Matters:

• The gut detox prepares your body to absorb supplements effectively, targeting the root causes of symptoms.

• Tracking and check-ins maximize results and ensure the program is tailored to your body.

• Following the protocol fully is essential for the guarantee, as skipping steps may prevent activation.

Program Content

1. All content (digital or physical) is for personal use only. Sharing, redistribution, or copying without written permission is prohibited.

2. While accuracy of materials is believed to be high, Side Tracked is not responsible for errors in third-party lab reporting or program materials.

Test Kits & Lab Programs

1. If a test kit is shipped and collection errors occur, a replacement kit may be provided.

2. Once shipped, test kits cannot be returned, and no refunds are permitted.

Acknowledgment of Terms

1. By enrolling in any Side Tracked service, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Enrollment constitutes a binding agreement for the duration of the program or package.

3. You agree not to dispute payments or request refunds under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

1. Side Tracked and Tiffeny Parker are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

2. Program results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County.
