As if mastering one sport wasn’t enough, Tiffeny Parker reached the top tier of two Olympic sports, competing as a Team USA heptathlete in Track & Field and as a member of the USA Bobsled Team. But her pursuit of peak performance doesn’t stop on the field.

Today, she is a global executive leadership coach, brand consultant, and the founder of Side Tracked — an executive coaching program that helps high-performers uncover their multidimensional potential through mindset, movement, and mission-driven leadership.

Tiffeny understands high stakes and high rewards. Her relentless curiosity about what drives true transformation led her to the psychology of behavioral change and habit formation, fueling over four years of coaching C-suite leaders in Fortune 100 companies and beyond.

She brings her competitive spirit, lived experience, and earned wisdom as a professional athlete into her work, helping leaders operate at full capacity under pressure, pursue excellence with clarity, and find joy in who they are, not just what they achieve.

As a co-founder of Forest Lake Community Club, a boutique brand community agency, Tiffeny has supported strategy and storytelling across industries. Her client roster includes Vela Bikes, Cedars Sinai, Lululemon, Athleta, Wilson Sports, and more.

 

Her coaching is holistic—bridging executive leadership, health and wellness, and behavioral performance. An Integrative Health Practitioner, certified fitness programmer, and nutrition specialist, Tiffeny supports both nonprofit and corporate clients through work with organizations like Cedars Sinai, The Rose Bowl Institute, NHL and Classroom Champions, empowering over 350,000 students through social-emotional learning and mentorship.​
