You will need to create a separate account for each child running a lab to view their results. Please be certain to create a unique email address for each account. Once the account is created, please follow the typical registration requirements.
Refer to this FAQ (https://faq.equi.life/en-US/how-do-i-register-a-lab-for-someone-else-1037180)regarding age restrictions for children completing lab test kits.
Refer to this FAQ (https://www.sidetrackedpath.com//s/f/how-do-i-create-an)regarding how to create an account for someone under 18.
Important Note: It is absolutely essential that each person requires a unique account/email when registering labs. Sharing emails will prevent EquiLife from ensuring the correct results are presenting to the correct individual. If you accidentally start a registration using a previously used email for someone else, stop and email support@equi.life (mailto:support@equi.life)for assistance.
1. To easily create a new account for someone under 18, there are 2 options.
Option One - Gmail allows the following "trick" to link accounts without creating a new email.
Example: Main email account is Mom@gmail.com
Register a new account at equi.life using this designation: Mom+child@gmail.com
• The wording after the + sign can be anything you want it to be. It will act as the same gmail account, but is treated like a new account in our system
Option Two - If you do not have a gmail account or another email that has not been used by someone else to register a lab:
You will need to sign up for a new email account for the child. Some free options include:
2. Create the new EquiLife account here once you have either the new email or the gmail trick ready: Here
