Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Payment Effective Date: October 2024 Last Updated: October 2024 1. Acceptance of Terms By making a payment for services provided by Side Tracked LLC (the "Provider"), you (the "Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions for Payment. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the payment. 2. Payment Methods Payments can be made via major credit/debit cards, Venmo, or Zelle. All transactions are processed securely. 3. Payment Timing Full payment is due at checkout for most services. If an installment plan is chosen, the first installment is due at checkout, with subsequent payments due [specify frequency, e.g., monthly]. 4. Cancellation Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session; otherwise, the session will be counted as completed. If Side Tracked LLC cancels, clients will be notified and may reschedule or receive a credit. 5. Refund Policy No refunds are issued for completed sessions. If a session is canceled by Side Tracked LLC, clients may receive a credit for future services. 6.
